The association may be incorporated in the preparation of contracts to clear rights for the use of photographic images with their users.

It has set an active information policy not only for educational purpose, informing the public about issues of copyright, but as an institution that will play a crucial role as support and consultation to all state institutions dealing with issues in the protection of copyright on photographic images.
