Means of protecting the rights of members of ACMRPI
- Manages the rights of its members pursuant to Art. 40 of LCNR
- Enter into contracts in the country and abroad through similar organizations, which authorizes the use of the output of their members by collecting their outstanding fees and distribute them among them;
- Represents its members, related organizations from abroad, which has concluded mutual representation agreements and their members before all judicial and administrative bodies entrusted with the protection of its management rights.
- Coordinate its activities with similar organizations in the country and other countries as routinely share information and regulates its relations with them on a contractual basis.
- System Builds relationships with its members to solve their creative and social problems.
- Assist in the framework of its competence in the preparation and improvement of legislation relating to copyright and related rights.
- Assists the public and the competent judicial authorities in the fight against "piracy" as facilitate the implementation of regulations on intellectual property and in cases of infringements to the competent authorities for them;
- Create mechanisms to protect the rights of its members from various forms of "intellectual piracy";
- Inform their members about the law on copyright and related rights in other countries and acquaint them with these countries introduced measures and mechanisms for its implementation;
- Assist in the settlement of disputes between its members, including attracting professionals for their clarification, interpretation and resolution;
